Your Broadway Mall gift card may be used to make purchases at participating Broadway Mall stores and restaurants. It cannot be redeemed for cash. Account maintenance fees of $2.50 per month will be assessed and deducted from the remaining card balance beginning twelve months after last use or the first day of the thirteenth month. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Purchase or use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
